The dealership and that local enterprise offered the $150 change of drop off location fee waved…yet never confirmed that with my location. After less than 5 minutes, a manager called me back. I was not upset, grouchy or pushy…yet they waived the fee. I very much respect this corporation and have always been fabulous!
