  They are not having the professionals to guide and explain about product. I was there for thread insert and it was dam expensive. I would not recommended to visit this place.

  Was at auto zone today the experience was phenomenal. The worker Chilli was fantastic she was very knowledgeable on what I needed; she showed excellent customer service! I needed a brake light fixed and she had no issue helping me change it! Highly recommend this location! The staff is amazing!

  Wonderful customer service! however one of the biggest myths I always catch people trying to tell me is that advance Auto parts or AutoZone or Napa has more reliable parts than RockAuto or partsgeek... but I think they're just scared because they are so much more affordable. I got a mass air flow sensor for half the price $100 of what AutoZone wanted ($220) to charge From Amazon and Magnetic VVT Solenoid same story($60 vs $100) [Approximately ] but from Rock Auto and I'm sorry but I just went for it but the customer service is awesome here even though I never made the purchase at Autozone it was discussed and they should earn 5 stars.

  I've been driving and fixing my own vehicles for forty years, and I have never seen anything like what happened at this Souderton AutoZone. I went in to pick up some parts, and when I got to the register to pay with cash-which is still legal tender in this country, last I checked-the store manager, a young man named Drake, told me he couldn't take it. His excuse? They had "not enough change in the store." I didn't have a card on me, and cash was the only way I had to pay. Instead of the manager finding a solution or acting like he wanted my business, he just stood there and let me walk out empty-handed. It's a sad state of affairs when a big outfit like AutoZone can't handle a simple cash transaction. I'll be taking my business to a shop that actually knows how to run a cash drawer. Unacceptable.
