- PRPaul RobertsSep 28, 20251.0It's 11:15 p.m. Sunday night and I was trying to buy gas I pay you for the gas when I went out to the pump it did not work so I went back in and asked it to be checked it did not work again this went on for about five times and finally on the sixth time I just told him to give me my money back but the guy didn't even say sorry yo like nothing just like no big deal like it was a joke very poor customer service

First, after traveling through four different states,this station had the highest gas prices of any of our stops. Most gas stations were $2.99 to $3.09, not here gas was $3.69. Can we say price gouging!!!! Not all the pumps were even operational and not the cleanest either. Ridiculous! Make sure you get gas before driving the PA Turnpike.
- BJBrad JodoinJan 1, 20231.0Most of the gas pumps were bagged with out of service markers. The first pump I pulled up to wasn't marked but had a broken card reader. The pump I ended up using was very slow, taking over fifteen minutes to fill my tank. The pump next to mine was even slower, you could watch the thousandths places go up individually; that guy gave up after five minutes yielded less than a gallon. I should have followed suit, my pump claimed that it pumped more gas than the physical size of my gas tank. Looking at the mileage, a conservative estimate is that it claimed it pumped 3 more gallons than it really did. This is theft. I told one of the cashiers about this and he just kinda laughed it off and said they were working on the pumps last week so maybe that's why, but otherwise did nothing about it. I want to report this to some agency but I cannot find which one would be able to do something about this. Avoid this gas station at all costs.
