Within 5 minutes they had removed the spare we had put on, filled it with more air, put the spare back under the car, put all the tools we had used to change the tire, fixed the tire (which had a screwdriver drill bit in it), replaced it and we were on our way. They couldn’t have been nicer. If lived in Somerset, they would be our go to!

We need brakes on our vehicle now and he went to loosen the lug nuts and the one was so tight that it has to be burned off with a torch because it can not be loosened. I am very disappointed because I am the one who usually drives the vehicle with my kids in the car so if I would have ended up with a flat tire along the road there would have been no way to change it so there would be a towing expense that we do not have the extra money for! There is no sense for the lug nuts to be that tight!
