Dustin W was very helpful and knowledgeable and the dealership gave us a fair trade on our car and that part of the sale went well. We did feel that the add-on products, such as the ceramic finish and the tire/etc. warranty were highly priced, so we opted not to take advantage of those. We did leave the dealership without some of the paperwork that we requested, as the finance person was called down to the Toyota dealership and was not available when we finished our transaction. We have confidence that these documents will be sent to us shortly. That being said, we did leave feeling good about the transaction and look forward to several years of enjoyment with our new Volvo.

Dustin and the sales manager, Christian, were courteous, professional, and most of all provided a fantastic deal. They provided up front, transparent, and no pressure pricing. They made sure I understood every feature of the car. Best of all, they were very accommodating, knowing I had to get back home in a timely manner. The paperwork and delivery process was thorough but efficient, and no games or tactics. Cannot recommend them enough.

Had my car there from anything from service to big work jobs and they have always been very honest and quick to help where they can. My car is now being gifted to my teen for his first car and i feel safe knowing they took care of any issues I was having with it. For an older car our Volvo XC60 has been a great vehicle!
