- VBV Becoate4 days ago1.0My new Volvo found scuff marks and scratches on driver and passenger back door and seats mud dirty scuff back seat door panels cuff marks front and vack they put my suv in there working area knowing it was not going to be serviced for inspection.im pissed as heck I’m returning there merchandise I will never come back to this dealer period laugh in my face meanwhile . I going back there for them to fix this situation and get it resolved as soon as possible and never go back this is how you treat luxury vechicle I think not I just brought my vechicle from out of state have pictures before and after delivery I’m the only one in my vechicle this is no excuse at all I even called my dealer wher I brought my vechicle from and they stated and I have 360 videos of excellent care of there Volvo is included mine I pre trip and post trip my vechicl upon delivery did a check with delivery driver inside and out this is crazy and unexceptionable.
