We made an appointment with Franky for a set time , but we ended up 2 hours late. When I called to let her know She was totally understanding and told us not to worry just have a safe drive and don’t rush. When we arrived She met us in the showroom with a friendly ,Pleasant welcome. She showed us to the car we interested in and gave an introduction to the vehicles highlights and options and let us test drive it. When We returned ,without any pressure Franky asked if we would like to continue and have our trade in inspected. During the short time that took we were offered refreshments and snacks. Then without any pressure is was time for business. Usually this is when both Seller and Buyer puts on their Poker face and defends each others numbers. Not the case here. The Financial manager Jonathan made us feel comfortable with no pressure, He didn’t low ball my trade value and after a slightly humorous ,pleasant negotiation the Deal was done. . We then met Christian. Yet another friendly member of the team who handled the contract and discussed optional care items with no pressure. Franky and the team made us feel like we were all Friends. We are retired now and we have dealt with many Car Dealerships. This was the most pleasant experience we’ve had purchasing an Automobile. It was well worth the drive there and We highly recommend this Dealership to anyone near or far that’s looking for a quality car in a Stress Free environment. Thanks. Sincerely : Ron and Carol
