  Jose and Robb were excellent!! Came in because the last place i went to only filled my oil tank a quarter of the way. Soon as i talked to Jose he sympathized with me and gave me a free oil change. Very helpful and very friendly group of gentlemen. Highly recommend!!

  Amazing service will be definitely going again, customer service was amazing and just the workers themselves are amazing people. We were in and out and they knew we were in a rush to get to work and got the job done perfectly! Zach was an amazing help and did awesome. Super kind and was very helpful. If you need to go somewhere to get your car done, I’m telling you this is the place to go. The environment itself is just very joyful and the workers are very upbeat. Thank you to the workers for the amazing job they did.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been meaning to write this review. This summer I was traveling and in the area visiting my father. I ran over a nail or something and needed a plug. I arrived at the location and got before they even opened. They pulled my car in right away and took care of it immediately. It was a big help. Great customer service and very nice people. A++

  I came here for a vehicle inspection, It was a very disappointing experience at this Penn Avenue location. The employees did not appear clean or wearing proper uniform. All the mechanics appeared dirty from head to toe, covered in grease and dirt, like completely covered. Yet thought it was acceptable to then sit in my vehicle which has a white interior to move my car. And sure enough my seat got dirty. No one seemed to recognize this as an issue until I brought it to their attention. Also the waiting area was filthy with dirt and grease hand prints all over. It honestly felt more like a mechanic break room than a customer waiting area. Sitting on the curb outside might have been cleaner than the waiting room. If you care about your car and expect a clean and carful experience DO NOT COME HERE. Go to Mavis on State Hill Road. Not to mention, I also had a 2:00 p.m appointment but wasn’t helped until 3:00, I waited about a full hour, when I had an appointment scheduled. The only staff who looked somewhat presentable were the office employee, but even they couldn’t make up for the overall lack of management and care from this place.

  I would like to give 0 stars but google wont let me. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment because they take every car ahead of yours even with an appointment, I was waiting 35 mins for them to even take my car back before I decided to leave. The guy at the front kept saying it’s not his fault he did nothing to me, and I informed him it’s just bad customer service overall and he gave me my keys because at that point I was ready to leave and sarcastically said “your welcome” and went into the garage bay and was saying rude things to his technicians in the bay. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, they don’t care about your time and obviously don’t care about the customer service.
