Unfortunately, when I arrived I was informed that the compressors were down, and my oil change would not be able to be done. The manager, Javier, still took care of replacing my headlight, and as a courtesy I wasn't charged a thing! Thanks for making my day a little brighter.

He kept the shop open to make sure that my repair was complete and kept me updated throughout the whole process so that I was informed and didn't have anxiety about what was happening with my car. My wife & I found our way to Jack Williams tire & auto service center after having a bad experience at a different auto repair facility. Let me tell you, it is very refreshing to come to an establishment that provides a high-level of professionalism, customer service, and great fund of knowledge about their craft. The mechanic was able to assess the issues with our car, explain what needs to be repaired, and completed the entire job in a timely manner. My wife and I feel as though we were in great hands throughout the entire process, and we look forward to coming back to Jack Williams service center in the near future.
