  Showed up on a Sunday because my front tire weights had fallen off and they fixed them immediately without an appointment! Very friendly and professional team, I recommend them highly.

  What a great staff they have. I visited the shop today after I found out my tire had a nail in it. Just a little bit of background, I am a new car owner and I have zero car knowledge. My car was giving me warning that my tire air pressure was low. I had to drag one of my colleagues from my workplace to come with me to show how to fill air into tires. I wrote this just to give the reader an idea that this whole situation was a bit overwhelming for me. So when I found out, I have a nail in my tire I was more anxious and did not know what to do. One of my friends recommended me this place who himself has a great experience coming here. When I came to the shop, if I was around 5:20 PM and they were already working on another customers work. The shop closes at 6 PM. Looking at my problem and seeing that I was a bit tense day. They had one of their team member look at my tire and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. I really appreciate the staff kind gesture and rapid response to fixing my problem. Great team. 5/5 stars for them. I will definitely recommending them to my colleagues and will be visiting them too for my future car problems.

  I needed a tire replaced at the end of December 2025. I called to make an appt. After speaking with someone in the store to check the availability of the needed tire, I was told to come right over. I arrived and was told they actually did not have my tire in stock and would need to come back. I had purchased a warranty on my tires. So I made an appointment. At this point I decided to put the spare tire on at home since my tire had a bulge in the sidewall. The day I had my tire replaced they did not put anything back in the correct place in the back of my suv, including the spare. While those two things were annoying, I was not planning on saying anything. However, I recently had my car to the dealership for maintenance. The service center called me to ask if I had recently had my tire replaced. I stated that I did. They informed me that my lug caps were missing. So Jack Williams had me come over after being told they had my tire in stock, didn’t have it, had me come back, left my trunk a mess AND lost my lug caps. I will not be returning to this store.

  I had a rental car and the check tire pressure message came on. I went to Jack Williams to ask if that was something they could help me with. The assistant manager, Austin said," Of course.; help yourself to some coffee, have a seat, and will bring the car in." Instead of just putting air in the tire, they inspected the tire and found that tire had a slit in it. Austin explained that he needed to get approval from Enterprise before he could replace the tire. Although it took him over an hour to get the approval, he made sure to come back and keep me informed and apologized for the long wait. As soon as the approval was received, the tire was replaced and I was on my way in about 10 minutes. This is what customer service is all about. If I ever moved back to Pennsylvania I would definitely give this place my business.

  I came in for oil change, and the well knowledgeable management team they pointed out I had no brakes left , they saved me as I was about to take a 4 hour drive with kids, Javier and Austin are the greatest and their mechanic got everything done in 20 minutes my minds blown away, I will always be looking for future Jack Williams location as their service is outstanding. 10 star crew
