    On 01\26\26 I went to the Shrewsbury Pa Mr. Tire to have my snow tires taken out of my car to be put on for a trip north I was taking into the mountains. Mr. Tire did a good job removing the existing tires and putting on the snow tires. I also asked them to fix a leak on one of the old tires and put them back in my car. I went back to the same location on 03/22/26 to replace the snow tires with the same tires they had removed on 01/26/26. They took two days before they called me back in, and when I got there, I was told that the tires were too worn to replace on the car, and that they were unsafe. I inquired why they would repair a leak on 01/26/26 when they thought the tire was unsafe to use. Another employee was called to speak with me, and he told me that it is Mr. Tires policy not to replace old tires on a car, and told me to get new tires. I asked why they would charge me money to repair a tire they thought was unsafe and your employee asked me, "How am I supposed to know what your going to do with the tire"? What I was going to do with the tires seemed self evident to me. I found him exceedingly rude in the manner in which he was addressing me, and the fact that he was addressing me is such way in front of other customers. Its difficult to explain here, but the distain, and the holier than thou-look-down-the-nose at me "I know more than you and your will accept what I say" attitude of the employee is the thing that really got me angry. I asked for a refund for, according to them, a needless leak repair and it was denied stating that he cant do that and that he has to send the request up to corporate. After sufficient time has passed, predictably, I havent heard anything from Mr. Tire and no refund has been forthcoming. I checked those tires when I was home and found that the tires in question had more than 1/4 inch of tread and there was no appreciable wear at all on the edges. I took the tires to a local competitor, who advised me that there was nothing unsafe at all about the tires. They had no problems replacing the tires. I have done almost all of my vehicle work needs at Mr. Tire in Shrewsbury since 2019, but I very much doubt that I will continue using their services. I don't need to be talked to like a child, or have unnecessary sales tactics used on me, nor needless repairs performed and charged to me. 04/21/26 After the "We are sorry for the experience you had" note posted here. I found that the complaint I sent to the listed email address for complaints Mr. Tire posted on their front door had been blocked and undelivered. I am not sure what that means, I assume it was blocked by Mr. Tire but I dont know. I can say that since the email was largely what was written here, there were no curse words or abusive language so I am a bit put off at this point.

    Made an appointment to get the front brakes, checked as they were vibrating when I stopped. Decided to get new tires and the rear brakes done at the same time As well as an alignment. I asked for the best Old tire to be Kept as the spare. I made an appointment for 9 o’clock last Friday. When I came in for the appointment, they said it would be a couple of hours. 8 hours later, I called to see if they were done. They had not looked at it yet, but I should come in at seven. When I came in, the tires were on and the rear brakes were done. But they hadn’t looked at the front brakes, and they took the best used tire and just threw it in the back without putting it on the rim. The alignment wasn’t done either in the car now vibrated at highway speeds. (Balance tires?)After apologizing, we made a new appointment for 9 o’clock Monday To finish the work. They said they would give me the alignment and no cost for my inconvenience. I came in at 9 o’clock Monday dropped off the car and did not hear back from them all day again. . When I returned after 5 o’clock, no work at all had been done. My car hadn’t moved from where I parked it. They said it just didn’t go well today sorry. No alignment no front brakes. The spare still not on a rim. Terrible customer experience. Oh and my brake light warning is on.

    Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they could run the code for my engine light that came on. I was already aware of what it may be and after talking to the manager he advised his wife had the same issue with the same vehicle and I should take it to Honda to fix. With that, I still left my car for the services. 8 hours later after not revering any call about a status I called and they advised my car was done. I paid, and got into my car where every light on the dashboard was lit up. Which had never happened from an oil change. I go back in to let them know. They then advised they didn’t touch my car. They didn’t change the oil or rotate the tires. They told me those lights were already on, which they were not. And that I need to take it to Honda because of the computer system. Which I have never heard such a thing. They were very rude about it and insisted no one touched my car, which clearly they did. They refunded my money back but if I hadn’t gone back in, I would have assumed my oil and tires were handled.

    If I could I would give zero stars. Made an appointment for inspection. Dropped the car off at 2 and they needed the registration printed said they could. It accept it via email. No problem. Went home printed it and came back. Said vehicle should be done by end of day. End of day came and went and still not done. Finally at noon the next day called to check. Was told the registration was too blurry and needed to be emailed to them. Interesting. Ok. So I emailed it. Said it would be done shortly. Called back at 3 and they stated it was still not done as they couldn’t start until they received the registration. Meaning they never even looked at it until noon the next day! Cakes back at 5:30 at this point I’m quite irritated and was told it still needed to be looked at. Surprisingly received a call back in 5 minutes stating multiple things needed done. Griff was extremely unprofessional and said “well it’s not my fault you have an expired registration”. First not only is this rude and disrespectful it’s also inaccurate. It was not expired. I wish I read the previous reviews about how poor the service and customer service is at this place. Will never return.

    It was not good first I felt like they were not listening to me never said my name I had to ask. I asked them to Putin new wiper blades and I started to say, I don’t want the most expensive and was cut off. We only have one kind but the best part they never even put them on and I was to get my tires rotated and that never happened, but on my bill, it said they did it and the only reason I know that it didn’t happen it’s my front driver side tire had a mark on it where I scraped something and it was still there when I got home so I called out and they said that I could bring it back out and they would do it but why should I have to go through all that trouble to go back out there for another hour for something they should’ve done on the front end I was having an oil change for and front end Alignmenttires rotated and an Pennsylvania inspection and my car was there for three hours that should’ve never taken that long and I had an appointment I will not go back again
