Price of me being lazy for that price they don't even carry the oil service stickers. The guy gave me a sharpie and told me to go ask advance auto for one. Okay that doesn't stop me I just ordered my own. Today was the final straw. My husband went to drop off the car for new tire. Where they attempted to tell him I never made an appointment. When he showed by price summary they said maybe I forgot to push confirm. When he showed them my text confirmation he then told them it was still my fault because I never called to follow up with them about my appointment. Now that I failed to do my job they couldn't honor the price point or even find a tire in that range. I made the appointment 3 days ago at any time you could have called to negotiate price or pick a different tire instead you blame the customer at every turn. Don't bother calling guest services you won't get an answer as "They are experiencing a high volume of calls" I did call a sister location to see and they said the prices on the website aren't accurrate so if you want the right pricing call the store to check. I didn't care about the pricing more so the customer service aspect
