The battery in question is exclusively sold by AutoZone and no one else and goes to a car that I can demonstrate 10+ years of buying parts (from their store) for. They stated they have no record of me purchasing the battery. I asked if they could have input the registration wrong and fat fingered the phone number when it was registered - because clearly I was in possession of a battery that they sold to me and it has a bad cell. But they were unwilling to help me. The cashier was rude and the manager was indifferent about trying to assist with the issue. Next time I will drive further to go to napa.

There was 2 people in line, so I stood in the check out, looking down an aisle waiting, and the gentlemen behind the counter yelled over to me in a stern voice, Do you need help looking for something? Mind you he was helping the lady in front of him… Made me feel a type of way, I was literally in the store less than 60 seconds. Unsure what he’s problem was, but next time I’ll go somewhere else.
