  If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Sharon, PA. The overall customer service was extremely poor and lacked professionalism. When I arrived, I inquired about renting a specific vehicle and was told by staff that the car had been recalled and could not be used. However, within about five minutes of that conversation, I watched the same vehicle being prepared for another customer. Not only was the vehicle suddenly available, but it was washed and then given to a woman of a different race shortly after I had been told it could not be used. To make matters worse, the vehicle I did receive had not been washed or properly prepared. Consistency, transparency, and fairness are extremely important in customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not reflect those values. I hope management reviews this situation and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and honesty.

  I have rented from Enterprise many times with NO problems this time I was given a vehicle that had problems with the engine and almost 59,000 miles on it I think it is time for this vehicle to be retired its just not a reliable vehicle !

  Did not provide the vehicle reserved 10 days in advance. Did not communicate this until arrival on morning when rental was to begin. Stuck with only 2 vehicle choices. Had to cancel planned activities during the 11 day rental since rented vehicle was inadequate for travel on unpaved state forest roads in winter weather.

  I had a really great experience with the Enterprise in Hermitage, PA, thanks to Elias. When I first picked up my rental, the only vehicle available at the time was a truck. I called this location to see if there was any way I could switch it out, and Elias was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know that if I came in at a scheduled time the following day, he’d be able to go over some options with me. When I arrived, he took the time to clearly explain everything that was available, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood what would work best for my situation. The whole swap process was quick, smooth, and efficient. No stress, no confusion. Elias was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire interaction. It made a big difference. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location because of him.
