- KWKristi WeaverDec 15, 20251.0I would give this place zero stars if I could. I rented a van and their website assigned me a pickup time of noon on Saturday. First of all, couldn’t find the place because google maps takes you to an old location. Either way, showed up at noon and the building was locked up and closed, not a trace of a human which lets me know they probably even left before noon. I was not the only person waiting for a car that was supposed to be picked up at noon, there was actually a line of other people who had the same pickup time. I had to drive an additional 45 minutes to another location in order to get what I reserved and confirmed a million times. When I dropped the van back off in this location, they made excuses and never offered a thing but a meaningless “sorry”. I will never ever rent from here again, I would drive out of my way to avoid them!

I received a confirmation call earlier in the week and emphasized my rental needed to be full size, four wheel drive and good tires. They made a note of it on my paperwork. When I arrived to pickup the truck, they had replaced a full size with a jeep with a small bed which wouldn’t work for what I had to haul. The employee was rude and impatient and told me there was nothing he could do. He walked away without any apology or an offer to find another truck. A very disappointing start to an expensive trip. I won’t be renting from them again.

I would walk before renting from them again. Horrible experience and deplorable customer service. The other employee worth your time is Brian. The others couldn’t care less about you. So much for putting the customer first, Enterprise. 👎
