When I first picked up my rental, the only vehicle available at the time was a truck. I called this location to see if there was any way I could switch it out, and Elias was incredibly helpful from the start. He let me know that if I came in at a scheduled time the following day, he’d be able to go over some options with me. When I arrived, he took the time to clearly explain everything that was available, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood what would work best for my situation. The whole swap process was quick, smooth, and efficient. No stress, no confusion. Elias was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire interaction. It made a big difference. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location because of him.
