- ASAmanda SnyderOct 20, 20251.0Don't rent from here. RUN. My rental was from the Sharon location. I hit a deer with my car so the insurance got me a rental through here. First they charged me extra the day I got it saying I owed fees, then tried charging me the different my insurance was paying compared to if you just rent from them. 2nd the windshield had a huge chip in it, there was food crumbs left in it, underwear or i i don't know(cause I refused to touch it) in the center console and it smell of weed. We had to put all windows down to drive it. I got it on a Thursday after and called them 1st thing Friday morning and they refused to do anything for me. When I talked to them on phone when I returned it they told me they aren't and clean clean every car. 3rd I returned it and they never gave me my refund of deposit. They said they were keeping it and charging me more but wouldn't say what for. My insurance took care of it and it was returned to me. If I ever need to rent a car again it will never be from here
