I seen a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe at diehl Hyundai in Sharon and found it was available. Car purchase was quick (hour half at most). The vehicle was well priced and a lot bigger than my trade in Elantra. Mr Hamm was professional and there was no pressure. It was my third vehicle bought there since 2012.
Definitely a great experience! Josh and Amanda were a great help with explaining my options and how to use the Tucson's features. It is a comfortable ride and easy to drive. I am happy with my choice and all the people at Diehl that were so helpful! Thank you!
The salesman met us as we got out of our vehicle and was very prepared. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and was great to work with.

Wonderful Dealership. From the second I walked in I just felt welcomed. The amazing hospitality from the employees to the wonderful salesman who took care of me. Joshua Hamm did a wonderful finding a car and deal that worked for me and fit my budget. Overall wonderful dealership, wonderful employees. I recommend and will DEFINITELY be coming back!

After purchasing a brand new Hyundai Tucson from this dealership with only 72 miles on it, the check engine light illuminated after just three days of driving. I was initially told not to worry and that it was likely due to weather conditions. However, after having the vehicle scanned at both AutoZone and O’Reilly Auto Parts, I was informed the issue appeared to be a cylinder 4 misfire.
I contacted the dealership and expressed my concerns to the salesman on a Sunday. I was repeatedly told it was under warranty and that I was overreacting. My concerns about the reliability of a brand new vehicle were dismissed entirely.
When I went to the dealership in person to understand my next steps, I asked to speak with the sales manager. His behavior was completely unprofessional. He mocked me, shook his head, and told me I was a “typical customer who just wants free stuff.” I was humiliated. I was spoken to in a degrading manner, as if my hard work and decision to purchase a new vehicle meant nothing. I never asked for anything for free—I asked for reassurance and reliability in a vehicle I had just purchased.
When his supervisor came out, he was slightly more courteous, but the situation continued to be minimized. At no point did I feel genuinely heard or respected.
I have since contacted Hyundai Corporate and am working directly with their customer service team. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The staff was pushy, dismissive, and openly disrespectful, particularly toward women. It was clear that once the sale was made, customer care was no longer a priority.
