    Ryan Feola and the Diehl the family went above and beyond!! One of the easiest and convenient car experiences I have had. I highly recommend any Diehl dealership as my daughter also went to Diehl Kia and got her first car as well!!

    I have taken my sonata to Diehl Hyundai for repairs for a few years. I put a lot of money into it to have things done other garages could not figure out. I've had Chris and Tony take care of me. Always kind, thorough and gave me detailed information on repairs. Today I was met by a female who was new to me. When she called me with the repairs run down, She did not give me correct information. Ive bought a lot of cars and had a lot repaired at my age. What she was telling me about the inspection didn't sound right. When I questioned her she became confrontational and developed an strong attitude. I gave it back. I asked to speak to Chris or Tony. Chris gave me the details of the repairs. She had not been correct in her details of my inspection. .. Not even close. My husband and I spoke about turning in this Sonata for a hybrid at Diehl yesterday evening. Its older and our extra car. I don't think I would buy a car there now. I wouldn't want to deal with her or an attitude if I needed service on my car. One bad apple.

    I am a local Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Youngstown/Sharon area, and I am currently stranded and unable to provide critical 1-on-1 ABA therapy to my students with autism because Diehl Hyundai of Sharon is obstructing a mandatory Engine II Settlement warranty. As shown in these four photos, my 2018 Elantra has minor cosmetic front-end damage. These photos were taken by a Diehl employee and emailed to me by Regional Service Director Jennifer Britton to justify their refusal to service the car. I have safely driven with this exact cosmetic damage for TWO YEARS without issue. My engine seized at 90,349 miles due to confirmed metallic debris and bearing failure (Case #42456099)—a primary defect covered under the lifetime settlement warranty for original owners. This internal mechanical failure is completely unrelated to the cosmetic fender damage. My independent mechanic had zero difficulty safely diagnosing the metallic debris in the oil, yet Diehl claims a 10-minute stationary oil check is 'unsafe.' Because of this intentional obstruction, my students are losing their primary provider, causing a direct disruption in their continuity of care. This dealership is prioritizing a weak technicality over a vulnerable population's medical treatment. Potential customers: look closely at these photos of a 90k-mile car and be wary of this service department's integrity. 🚨UPDATE 4/6/26: Diehl Hyundai’s response regarding ‘structural integrity’ is a documented diversion. This vehicle has been safely insured and operated in this exact cosmetic condition for two years. More importantly, my independent mechanic—a professional who actually performed a diagnostic—safely confirmed bearing failure and metallic debris in the oil. He had zero safety concerns. Claiming that a dented fender prevents a technician from pulling an oil dipstick while the car is stationary is an objective obstruction of the National Engine Settlement. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), my priority is the continuity of care for my studentswith autism. Because this dealership is prioritizing a cosmetic technicality over a mandatory warranty repair, I am currently unable to reach my clinical sessions. This is a direct disruption to a child’s medical treatment plan and the stability of local clinical services. Case #42456099 is currently with Corporate Consumer Affairs for a Field Technical Specialist review.

    Had a great experience with Josh at Diehl Hyundai of Sharon. He was patient, kind, and super helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions.     I highly recommend Diehl Hyundai of Sharon for your next car purchase!! This is my 2nd lease with Diehl, with Ryan Feola, as my salesman. He’s super knowledgeable, works to get ya the best deal possible. My newest lease is the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT, & it is amazing!! Ryan got me out of my old lease 5 months early!! Although was a little disappointed that Hyundai (no fault of dealership), changed the trim package for the SEL (previous lease), I lost some bells & whistles…but again no fault of the actual dealership, just a change within Hyundai! The whole experience is great!! From the sale of the car & Todd the paperwork was quick & efficient. The whole process took less than hour & 1/2 once the decision was made to go through with the purchase! Great job Diehl Hyundai of Sharon, Ryan, & Todd!! Thanks for another great experience!!
