  We purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership that should never have passed inspection. In less than a year, we discovered severely deteriorated rocker panels (crumbling to the touch), dry rotted tires (described as “in great condition”), poor alignment, worn front and rear brakes, and two broken calipers one front and one rear — all basic safety issues. The salesperson came off as overly- confident and dismissive during the buying process, and now after the sale, the lack of accountability is even more concerning. We have contacted the dealership twice about initiating refunds for the extended warranty & GAP insurance. Each day that goes by is less money in our pocket. We went directly through the warranty provider to resolve things ourselves. I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before buying here. If this is what passes their inspection, I would not trust anything on their lot without a second opinion. I understand “as is.” However, that vehicle should never have been placed on the lot and certainly not pushed as a reliable, well maintained, serviced & inspected product. We have since sold the truck, and fortunately saved ourselves from this financial nightmare.

  Ryan Feola is a terrific salesperson to deal with. I told him what I wanted and he found it at a fair price. This is our fourth vehicle we bought from him and probably not our last.
