I called and asked if they would be able to just put air in my tires the associate said just come over and we'd take care of it. William was so kind and friendly when I got there. Very engaging as we spoke of both of our work experiences in retail. Hope was the mechanic who took my car in and checked the pressure and filled the tires but also determined I had a leak in the right front. She found the issue and fixed it and I was on my way. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I bought an auto tire inflator but in my rush to get on the road for our Geisinger Shamokin appointment 2 hours away I left it home charging. SURPRISE SURPRISE I got out to the car and I had a flat. MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE was the closest to my location and I had no clue where I was. It was a Monday and I thought there would be a huge wait but William took me right in and I was back on my way home in about 10 minutes. They also had coffee and doughnuts for us customers while we waited. Not too many businesses still give that level of service.

I showed up at the end of the day needing two trailer tires mounted urgently for my work trailer, because I had to be on the road first thing the next morning. He got me in right away without hesitation. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff came out to my pickup truck and removed the tires and rims from the truck bed themselves, carried them inside, and once the work was finished they brought everything back out and helped load them back into the bed. That kind of hands-on help and attention to detail is rare these days. The customer service at this Mavis location is better than any other Mavis I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. William clearly sets the tone here, and it shows. This will absolutely be my go-to location moving forward.
