  Sydney and Colton made my experience at Enterprise exceptional. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and represent the brand in the best way possible. Absolute rockstars—Enterprise is lucky to have them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I rented a vehicle through this enterprise and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was scoffed at & talked down on upon delivery of the vehicle. The employees also failed to properly fill out paperwork which cost me $500 because someone had hit me. Even though I was found not at fault I was on the hook to pay a deductible that should have been paid by the other party. But because the employees weren’t properly trained to do their job I had to pay a bill that was never mine to pay to begin with. I handed in the police report and the employees did not put it in the paperwork for it. Enterprise damage department called me and said if they had the information to get ahold of the other party they wouldn’t be going after me for the deductible. I gave them the information for the guy and also his insurance company. Enterprise damage department told me that they can’t do anything about it now because enterprise in selinsgrove did not do their job correctly. So In summary… They talk down on you for someone else causing an accident, they don’t file paperwork correctly, they do the bare minimum while leaving you on the hook for their mistakes. Worst rental car company experience ever.
