  Great job, my goto rental spot in the area. The team takes excellent care of me every week. And they have a plentiful assortment of vehicles.

  Was able to spot me from a Mitsubishi eclipse Cross that was horrible on gas into a cheaper per day vehicle regular Toyota RAV4 gas version even though I have the hybrid version but it's in the shop at the moment Great people

  My rental car broke down. I was told I would be given a refund for the inconvenience. After calling numerous times, I was told I would be getting a refund of a specific amount (which, to me, wasn't enough given the inconvenience and situation). However, when the refund posted, it ended up being less than what I was told it would be. It's not good customer service to lie to people. Don't tell someone that you're sorry and you'll make it right if you're not going to make it right. I do not recommended utilizing Enterprise for car rentals.

  They Accidentally took 377.85 off my bank account and have no explanation on how this happened. Makes me fearful of them having my banking information. I called when it was pending on my account and the manager at the shamokin dam pa location told me he didn't have a solution to just let them take it and they will give it back. You would think he would have called someone that did have an answer but I guess that wasn't part of the training. Update don't trust the so called manager of the shamokin dam office he is a lier. When they finally took the charge out of my bank account he said I see it now and he assured me he would put it back into my account. He is a lier.

  The staff is professional, the place, as well as the vehicles, are clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!
