  The 2 techs that replaced my windshield were clean, courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. They did a great job and deserve any kind of praise from their boss and a RAISE. Great job to Safelite for hiring these 2 hard working and friendly guys.

  The repair that I had done was performed exactly as asked. The amount of times I was messaged and emailed to confirm my appointment were a bit excessive, but I suppose they have no call/ no shows that cause the need to have this many messages. I would use this business again in the future if I need this kind of service again.

  Unfortunately I would not recommend doing business with this location. Did not have a good experience at all and wasted my time. Long review but worth reading because it’s the truth. Had a tiny chip in my windshield that they came out to fix at my house and the guy was super nice! He did inform me that it could possibly crack while trying to fix it. I totally understood and was prepared for that situation. It ended up cracking a couple days later which again I understood could happen and is NOT the reason for the bad rating. I set up another mobile appointment to get a replacement windshield. The guy installed the new windshield in my driveway. I found the glass to be defective after inspecting the job. The passenger side top had sharp edges. The rubber seal that goes around the windshield has a bunch of bumps in it. When looking closer it was caused by excess rubber sealant. There was rubber sealant pieces on the inside of my vehicle on the dash. The dash of my vehicle had scratches on both the driver side and passenger side corners. My driver side A pillar was sticking out and the dash cam wire was in the way of the airbag!! Needed to fix that which was more just annoying but could have been an issue for someone who doesn’t pay close attention to things. The last thing was that my driver side (new) wiper blade was not making full contact with the windshield. (Yes it’s possible the wiper blade was defective but I purchase the same high quality brand and have never had a problem). When I spoke to them about everything they told me they were going to replace the windshield under warranty but this time I need to bring it to their shop. They also informed me they were going to get the manager involved and look over everything. One more thing they were supposed to do from the beginning is talk about aftermarket or OEM replacement. I found out they installed an aftermarket windshield and when I asked about this, they told me my insurance would have to approve it or I have to pay for it. This would have been nice to know before hand so I could have spoke with my insurance. I set up an appointment, spent the time to drive out and drop my vehicle off the night before so they would have plenty of time the next day. I received a call the following day that my vehicle was ready. Was explained that they NEVER replaced my windshield because some special glass guy was able to "smooth" out the rough spot on the glass edge, they "buffed out" the scratches on the dash, and fixed the bumps in the seal. I asked about the wiper blade and was told they forgot and would check it out. When I came to pick up my vehicle the guy brought me outside to show me everything. The edge was not sharp and smoothed out but did not look new and straight, didn’t completely fix the bumps in the seal, was told there is no way they could have caused scratches to the inside of the dash but still “buffed” them out, I then showed them they were clearly visible still and pointed them out. They put new wiper blades on for free which solved the one problem (except they suck when wiping at high speeds and skip). I didn't feel like dealing with them ever again so i said thanks, got my keys and left! I was so irritated at that point it wasn’t even worth it. Fun side note I realized a few days ago is that my dash cam was put back on a little crooked so I’ll need to fix that and get new adhesive. Fun times, might be worth looking for alternatives, I know I wish I did.

  Safelite turned a task that stressed me into the easiest process possible. I was dreading calling and literally after a few simple questions we had a technician scheduled to come to me that day to fix my window! Since I had comprehensive insurance and the damage was smaller than a dollar bill I paid $0 out of pocket too! My technician, Keith, was friendly and professional. He explained the repair process including any possible risks. He was really quick and afterwards gave me time to inspect his work and let me know I could drive right away and what to avoid. Super pleased!
