Several mechanics have taken a look and reported that it does not seem like squirrel damage. Careless technicians, poor managerial training. This is how to lose customers. Regarding your form letter reply, you suck. This typical reply from a big company is worth nothing. You're too large a company to care about doing quality work. Hopefully that changes over time with all this poor work I am seeing in the reviews.
