- RSRio StanleyJan 5, 20262.0Employee (possibly the manager) was in a sour mood the entire time. Regularly heard him bashing another employee to any customer that would listen. Not only that, they diagnosed my car and then tried to scam me out of 3000 dollars for what ended up being a 20$ fix. (Always get a second opinion, especially if you are coming here). Overall out 150$ for shit service. And yes, the 20$ fix ended up being a very easy fix. My car had too much oil added to it. I feel like someone charging that much for an expert opinion should be able to determine a car has too much oil.

I had a tire that needed repaired so I took it in for it to be repaired and first off I was I told one price over the phone and was charged double when I got there and second of all it took two hrs for a job that should have only taken 30 minutes. I didn’t bring it in for my entire vehicle to be looked over, I just needed and wanted the tire fixed. Period end of story. So would I recommend Mr tire to a friend or family member, No I would not. Very disappointed. I mean 40.00 dollars for a valve stem replacement is highway robbery.

We are thankful for his expeditious service so that we could be on our way to see our friends for Christmas. Mike and his staff are friendly and dedicated, and we can't thank them enough!
