When the day of my appointment arrived, I drove to Mr Tire, and I was told the person who does car inspections has off the whole week for vacation. While I have no issue with this person using their vacation, I made the appointment ahead of time, asked off work, and no one from Mr Tire contacted me to reschedule my appointment, knowing this employee would be on vacation during my scheduled appointment. Based on this experience, I will not return, as I found this to be extremely frustrating & turned me away as a customer.

So he fixed that he seen some leaking fluid coming from the transmission figured out that the bolts around the pan he tightened all of them. Now seeing all that he went around the van checking the bolts and nuts to make sure they were all torqued properly in the process found a bolt on the sway bar link that had been stripped from being loose he fixed that I had to come back first thing in the morning to replace the link because it was late when we got there like 30 minutes to close but he made sure we were safe to go that night. To show our appreciation we got them a box of coffee ☕ and a dozen donuts 🍩 🍩 . So if you want somebody who's knowledgeable and who's willing to go the extra mile to make sure your safe this is the place to go.
