  Very bad scratches in both of my vehicles. I wouldn’t take my lawnmower through this thing. Also the mat washer and vacuums dont work very well

  I’m not really sure how I feel about it. I went here just for one wash and ended up with a 30 day free trial, which was nice in the midst of winter. We came often to clean the car, so definitely got our worth for the free trial to give a decent review. There is NOT enough signs to figure out what lane to be in. People without memberships always go in the membership lane and you end up waiting for someone to get them in the system and signed up! It’s honestly ridiculous waiting for a staff member to come over and figure out why the vehicle isn’t getting approved that’s holding up a line of 6 cars, then getting them signed up - that’s another whole 5 minutes of wasted time. On top of waiting people are just DUMB leaving objects in their truck bed to only have the staff hop in and take it out (that is not part of their job, men shouldn’t be so lazy as to leave things there - let’s be honest). The wash does overall a decent job cleaning the outside, the free vacuums and mat cleaners are a bonus (I really liked the mat cleaners, however water pressure is not that great and they need to be done several times to achieve a cleanliness. However, after a month trial my car came out with awful scratches all over the car! Hood, doors and trunk. Highly disappointed and making my fiancé wax and hopefully smooth them out. On top of that, the last few times we had been there the wash had stopped with us and many others inside, once that happens your screwed out of a good wash because your car is half soaped, half dried and it doesn’t run the full, normal cycle it should. The price of the washes are way too high for what they should be. I get a great wash at the one in Peckville, PA where they do the pre wash and hand dry for much cheaper. Technology isn’t for everyone. I’ve floated back and forth between two and three star and I chose two because there was more flaws then advantages.

  BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I got into an accident on 2/27/26. The man who was supposed to be making sure cars don't hit each other, wasn't paying attention (his own admission). Car in front me stopped while my car was on the track, I tried to stop my car but was unable to do so the rollers smashed my car between two other vehicles. Manager Cooper told me they will definitely cover this as it was his employees fault and sent me to their insurance company. Selective Insurance. This insurance company is a joke, look them up on the Better Business Bureau. Two weeks later I dont have a car as it was deemed undrivable, their insurance company will not return my phone calls will not cover my rental and the few times I have gotten someone on the phone I've been insulted and called dumb. So use tommys at your own risk if they decide to not pay attention and you get into an accident you will be left high and dry.

  The vehicle was cleaned well and the complimentary vacuuming service was a nice touch. However, I encountered an issue with the promotional offer; despite being advertised a free month of cleaning, I was charged for the initial wash. It was clarified that the first wash is not complimentary, contrary to my understanding, and that the free month applies after purchasing the first wash, which was not clearly explained in the app.

  Don't go here....I followed the attendant's directions EXACTLY and ended up rolling into the car in front of me. And then was almost hit from behind as I was exiting. Too many cars entering at once, way too close to the cars in front and behind....poor location to be so busy. AWFUL
