  I don’t think I will ever trust this place to tell me what I really need on my vehicle and they are extremely overpriced. I came in for a car inspection not anticipating needing anything done on my car. They called and told me I need all new brakes and rotors and they couldn’t pass my inspection. Which is fine but what raised my concern was the fact that they wanted to charge me $1300 for it. I decided to not get it done there, thank goodness because I took it to a private owned garage and they were only going to charge me $600 for it if it was needed. Turns out according to them my brakes and rotors are in good condition and they passed my inspection. They saved me hundreds of dollars. They also told me that places like mavis and other chains tell their employees to “find” something wrong with the car to make more money. I would not trust the workers here to tell you what you need or don’t need done on your car.

  Laszlu was patient with me and was really helpful. Also helped me know what my options were for the best I can afford I really appreciated heis time and patience

  Brought my car in because I had a slow leak Thomas juice fixed it in short time no long wait and very personable will definitely get all of my work done here!!

  Wow! Usually I do my own work, but weather conditions and time had me behind the eight ball. Went for an inspection, knowing I’d probably fail it for 1 or 2 things, but figured if I was going to do it myself I’d wait to see what else needed fixing on my old SUV. Went to the Dickson city location and although not wanting to spend much on getting my clunker inspected but it’s old and a clunker so prepared for the unforeseen- which happened. However the counter guy and the technician really hooked me up. The technician actually went and ran for a part to get me fixed up before closing time and to get me back on the road. Having mechanical knowledge as a DIYer, what they pointed out I knew wasn’t BS or they weren’t trying to “fix something” that didn’t need to be fixed. Beyond that, they really went out of their way to treat me right. Hats off and salute to Laslo the counter guy and Thomas the technician. They really earned a gold star and maybe a little something extra in their check for going out of their way to do me right when they didn’t have to. As you can see I’m long in the tooth, so they even patiently put up with that LOL. Thanks again Laslo & Thomas!

  When I arrived at mavis today I was greeted with a friendly warm smile! I would give 10/10 if I could. Laszlo and Tommy both were very helpful with all of my questions and very thorough with explaining the breakdown of what was being done and how much it was going to cost at the end I appreciate all of their customer service and I will definitely be back in the future.
