- SSSamantha5 days ago5.0if I could give 1000 stars I would….So I took my car to 3, yes 3 different dealerships including the one I bought it from and all 3 were the same outcome and could NOT figure out the issue or problem’s at hand, so I decided on my way into work to stop by this Mavis (now MY Mavis) on w market st and hands down, the best decision of my life!!! And I’m not even exaggerating, I almost had a $75k lawn ornament I’m paying $1032 a month for. So with that being said….THE GREATEST shop I’ve ever dealt with. the entire crew was amazing and friendly but the MVP award goes to Danny!!! Not only did he do what 3 other dealerships could NOT but he was also very kind and patient with me and all my questions. He made my whole experience pleasant and comfortable. He greeted me with a good morning and a smile. His communication skills and knowledge about cars are TOP TIER!!!!! Danny and Kayden thank you again for everything!!!!

Kayden took the time to listen to my concerns, and immediately pulled my car into the garage to check it out. Did everything in his power to have the problem corrected immediately. He was the most knowledgeable person I have met that works for Mavis. His customer service was great, his crew professional. Mavis would have lost a return customer if it wasn't for him and his crew. From here on out, I will only deal with him, and his garage.
