First took off a day of work for the installation, part didn’t come, then when it did the installer left for the day. The make up appointment after missing a full days work, was set for 9:30 Am, at 1:00 after my car wasn’t even brought into the garage yet, I waited long enough and left them my car. Only to have to call at the end of the day to find out it was ready, no call to let me know. Since the installation I have had nothing but problems, the “instructor” didn’t provide proper instructions and I had a violation leaving their lot that I had to argue to be removed from my account. Now they have killed my brand new car battery, and the owner “Bob Sheridan” literally yelled at me over the phone telling me it’s my fault. This is by far the without a doubt the worst ran business I have ever come across. Do not waste your time or money. Just go some place else. This place is down right disgusting.
