  EXCEPTIONAL service!!!! The car was absolutely stunning. So clean and well-kept. No odors, dirt, or residue. Detailed very nicely. So speedy quick & expedited. No hassle whatsoever. Smooth process with very friendly staff. Waited for NO MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES TOTAL to both pick up and return the car. Spent all of 10 minutes at the building. So quick, so simple, so easy. Wonderful staff!!! Mary Kate helped us both times and she was absolutely delightful. We were very, very satisfied.

  My family found ourselves in a situation with some car troubles away from home over the holidays. Salvatore and the rest of the team at the Enterprise location in Scranton were awesome! I almost exclusively use Enterprise for my car rentals and this reaffirms why. The team members were quick to greet me, quick to find my family the right car and quick to get us back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us minimize the time to resolve the situation and allow us to maximize the remaining time with our extended family over the holidays. I just wanted to provide a quick update. We expressed an interest to switch our vehicle for more trunk space. Chris remembered this request and gave us a call when a larger vehicle was available. So thoughtful and helpful. Thanks again!

  The best car rental experience I've ever had. I'd never done it before, and thanks to these people, I'm confident I'll do it again. The employees treated me very well, not to mention excellently, and the prices are more than affordable for everyone. Very flexible with the returns. 100 recomend.

  Enterprise scranton location on Wyoming always have a very great selection and if they happen to be low on choice they make you feel so comfortable and put you on something where you are comfortable and suits and fits you don’t forget the price is always great by far the most respectful friendly they treat you like family I would never go anywhere as long as they’re still around locations like this is what makes me not only a dedicated loyal customer but their customer service skill some people cannot be trained. This is just something that they naturally have something in the air over there. God bless you all have a wonderful holiday. You guys always great to me. Just wanted to say thank you. Big shout out to the managers over there as well as the other guys and ladies you’re awesome keep up the great work you are great representatives of enterprise corporation. You are the guys that make a difference. Don’t forget that if nobody ever told you you are what Enterprise stand on your sweat and your tears your pain and your dedication just to put a smile on a customers face that’s what makes what you do special thanks again
