  I had a great experience with the manager Joe at Tire Choice. From the moment I walked in, Joe was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and made sure I understood all my options. The service was quick and efficient, and you can tell Joe truly cares about customer satisfaction. It’s not easy finding honest and dependable service these days, but he definitely delivered. I highly recommend working with Joe if you want quality service and peace of mind.

  I went there to get an oil change at tire alignment and an inspection. When they went to pull my truck from the parking spot into the garage the guy at the desk goes. Is that a belt squealing? I hear valve chatter that’s an exhaust leak like three very distinct different sounds. He’s making all those claims about a truck that is a year old. Then it was a cold day when it was pulled into the shop. The shop was heated, so some ice was melting off my truck and he tried to say oh I think you got a coolant leak. Then I was told I couldn’t get my inspection because my bumper was dented from hitting a deer still intact still firmly attached not torn ripped just bent. then, after that after I got home, I climbed under my truck to see if I had actually gotten an alignment, and the factory undercoat on my tie rod was still intact on the passenger side, which had the worst alignment, which is why a truck that was a year old needed new tires and alignment. I will never go back there again because of a truck that’s a year old has a coolant leak. Can’t be inspected has valve cheddar and exhaust leak and belt squealing I should go and get the #Warranty work done.😆😂😅🤣! Here’s a picture of my tire rod adjustment after I supposedly gotten an alignment with the factory undercoat still perfectly intact and no tool marks. And I’d like to say I paid $300. It’s obvious the alignment wasn’t done. I’m getting a second opinion on it currently and if they didn’t do the alignment, how do I know if they even changed the oil?

  Had my oil changed. And was A nice experience but I still get reading Gage .

  If you go here don't let Hunter wait on you. He gave me an appointment and never put it in the system or ordered the tires. Luckily Eric was there and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Eric and your coworker.
