My truck broke down over the weekend, and they insisted I bring it in on Monday for a fix that ended up costing me $1,900. I specifically asked if they worked with my warranty before the repair, and they said it probably wouldn’t be covered but to just proceed with them. Turns out, after paying out of pocket, I learned my warranty would have covered the repair if I’d gone to a different shop. So, I ended up paying for something that should have been covered, all because they misled me. Definitely not a place I’d trust again. Giving one star back , due to truck was fixed , it just could’ve voted me $350 instead ( deductible ) if I went with the repair shit that works with NTP
