Getting an upfront price estimate was frustrating because the staff was very vague and hesitant to give actual numbers. Later, I never even received a phone call letting me know my drop-off was ready for pickup. When I did go to get my car, I found my hood wasn't fully latched shut—thankfully I noticed before hitting the road. They also just handed me my wheel lock key at the counter rather than putting it back where they found it. The mechanical work might be fine, but they desperately need to improve their transparency, customer communication, and final safety checks. Update-They charged me for a rear wiper repair that they never actually did, forcing me to drive back and demand they finish the job. Because they skipped the one repair I could easily see, I now have serious doubts about whether they actually performed the internal maintenance they billed me for. They have completely lost my trust.
