I wound up needing a whole new tire and he did not push me to buy the most expensive one but rather the best one for my money and everything was completed quickly. The serviceperson who took care of my car, Ian, was super sweet and made sure he not only checked the pressure of all my tires before I left, but also explained where to find the pressure information for my tires. (I told him that I would be sure to request him next time.) This is not the first time I have been there (the last time I went they patched my tire for nothing!) and it won't be the last. I highly recommend.

Went back at 12:30 the vehicle was not looked at went back at 4:40. Still was not looked at. They close. At 5:00. Was basically told the online appointments are done by a system separate from the shop. Never when I dropped off did they alert me to any potential issues getting the service done. If you go to Mavis tell them you will wait. People walking in and waiting will get priority.

I asked the rep 3x is 9 am good, I can come earlier, he assured me his tire technician does not come in till 830, so 9 am is perfect. He even said, "you being the 1st appointment, you should be in and out". ( His exact word, I thanked him). I show up the next day at 8:55 am to check in, I mention I have a 9am appointment, he says we'll we open at 8, you have 3 people ahead of you its going to be 1.5-2 hr wait. I explained to him the conversation I had with his rep the day before, he said, " well I dont know why he told you that we got people ahead of you". This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, what the point of an appointment if its ignored, and why was i told that I would be the 1st appointment. I decided to wait 20 minutes to see if things were going to move along. They had 3 techs including the counter guy and only 1 of them were working, seems like poor management on top of communication and follow through.
