  I appreciate Eric's help so much he took the time to look at my operator manuals book. You can't find good help like that anymore so I really do appreciate that. Thank you so much AutoZone.

  I’m embarrassed to admit I went to Advance first because Auto Zone was out of my way. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at Advance and today was no exception. I needed two body clips for a panel piece. This guy walked to me the rack and told me to figure it out myself. So, naturally, I left. I called Auto Zone and spoke to Frank. He said to come in and he’d help me, but it’s unfortunately not a part that they can look up. I came in and Frank was with a client already, about to install a battery, but assured me as soon as he was finished he’d help. In the meantime, he showed me where the clips were and let me take a few outside to try and see if any fit (since none were marked as “Hyundai”). I actually found them on the first try! Frank came to the register as I was checking out to make sure I had found what I needed and apologized again for not being able to assist. This of course needed no apology. I was grateful he genuinely greeted me, showed me where to look, allowed me to take them outside and try them, had every intention of helping me, and was so kind! Thank you, Frank! I’ll be an Auto Zone customer for life!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at AutoZone. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I got the right parts. Quick service and fair prices—definitely my go-to for anything car-related.   Am a commercial account and get treated like crap because I'd like to know where my parts are I ordered 2 days ago. Call and just get attitude from commercial manager. Meanwhile I look and 5 other Auto zones have what I need, so why won't they go there and get it. Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Cranberry Twp, Ellwood City & Moon Twp Auto zones all have what I need. My $3000 to $5000 a month account with them is going to be $0 real soon. Pure laziness. No one wants to do there job, but don't forget to pay the lazy employees.
