Everyone was so helpful. I really appreciate help and service with my car. Employees are very helpful and professional, I can tell they know exactly what they doing. Million thanks to Jayvon and Roennie and store manager, sorry I didn’t get his name. Those guys are amazing. They took the time to find air filter in my car, and it was like in very crazy location and they did able to locate it and replace it. Air filter was so dirty I don’t think anyone ever checked. I didn’t even knew. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work, please recognize those hard working people.

I used to LOVE going to this place & particular location for oil changes, you could see them working, what they were doing, etc. Workers always professional. I don't know what happened lately but it's like half of the people there are zombies. They don't check all fluids like they used to, they seem to just go right to the oil and check nothing else lately.
I went in for oil change + tire rotation. After oil was changed I paid and they gave me receipt. I then asked, what about the tire rotation, did they not need rotated? And the lady replied "not yet". Then after what appeared to be a 5 minute discussion with the manager + other workers, the manager comes over (he was great + professional) and basically said we're backed up right now, if you wouldn't mind coming back I'll offer a free tire rotation. I said that's fine. He said regardless if he was there or not someone / a supervisor in charge would take care of it.
I come back the very next day as I had some time. The regular employee at the PC calls over another person (maybe the supervisor for the shift) after I tell him about yesterday and hand him the business card the manager gave me... and the other guy (possibly supervisor at the time) said this... and I kid you not....
' I don't trust the people working here right now, I'd rather you come back tomorrow ' .
I got kind of flustered cause I drove out there only to be denied again for this tire rotation. He left it up to me but I was like "I don't want my damn wheel flying off, I appreciate your honesty at least". And he really kept trying to get me to NOT do it this day and kept saying he didn't trust alot of the people on shift at the moment.
I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble over this but if employees are genuinely at risk for not being "trustworthy" when working on cars, they need to not be doing this line of work as this makes me fear for me and everyone else's safety that gets their car work here.
This was the last straw for me. I'm gonna try and get this free rotation when the manager is there but I will not be back to this location (maybe no other valvoline after this).
Regional management or someone REALLY needs to do some auditing or something over some of the people they are supposedly hiring because if god forbid an accident happens due to some employee not caring or being trustworthy, and it gets traced back to an error on Valvoline's part, that's an issue on a whole other level.

I had great service yesterday. I got my oil changed and radiator service. I never feel pressure to get a service done, and even after asking lots of questions, they still were very helpful and respectful. When my heat wouldn't kick on, they took the extra time to troubleshoot and make sure I had heat, even after all services were completed. They were so nice. Thank you! :)

I usually love coming here — the team’s always friendly and fast! But this time my lease apparently aged 60,000 miles in one oil change. 😅 I questioned the mileage three times, but she was very confident it was right. Guess my car went on a road trip without me! Still a good spot overall I guess, but won’t be going back for awhile
