The lady who took care of us said yes, keep it up so she could scan it when she was done. Several cars came and went during the time we were in our bay, and the lady working on our car had to keep asking others for help. It would have been nice had she preface by saying she was new, or apologizing for how long it was taking. They didn't do the light checks, tire checks or anything other than a battery check and the oil change. When we went to check out, she scanned the discount coupon and said no sorry it doesn't work. We said that's why we had asked first. We were highly dissatisfied with this visit, especially since we only come here for our oil changes. We do not want to come back after this experience.

Will not be making use of their services ever again. Technicians seemed young and inexperienced compared to the usual crew.

I felt comfortable and at ease to accept or decline any services offered. The whole process for the oil change was approximately 20 minutes and I didn't have to get out of my car. I knew the total cost before the service was completed.
