The roadside assistance that comes with the device is very helpful considering the mechanic must've messed something up with my car putting the device in because since I brought it home from the getting it installed my car won't start, intoxalock was great at trying to walk me through disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to see if that was the problem and it was not. So I have to get it towed back to the garage where I had it installed. Thankfully because I have that roadside assistance included I don't have to pay a tow fee for something that's not my fault. John was also very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend!
