  Very angry with the price you charged 35 dollars to change 2 tires at 70 dollars You lost my business and furthermore I will be contacting the BBB local state congressman and the chamber of commerce you got the last 617 dollars from me

  I'd put 0 stars if I could. Stay away theyre nothing but a scam here. My fiance came for an inspection yesterday and failed for "rear pads" and 1 tire being below a 2/32 measurement. She came to me and I had just replaced the brakes and checked tires the weekend before. 3 tires are 9/32 and the one was a 4/32 all across. Went back today and complained and told them they never had the wheel lock and never pulled the wheels off so how'd they check brakes? I rechecked brakes and again brand new 13/32 LOL And that tire still measured a 4/32. They pulled the car in and said "we have a master lock set we dont need yours" then proceeded to stand there and do nothing for 5 minutes then come to me and say "we need your lock we cant find ours" interesting. They only removed 1 rear wheel when law required 2 opposite axle and opposite side wheels must be removed for pa inspection. Already one major red flag. Too lazy... they seen the brand new breaks and looked as stupid as ever. They talked for a while about the 1 tire then proceeded to agree it was not a 2, and agree the brakes were fine but now have a whole new story to fail cus the tire was 6 years old . Long story short, they'll keep lying to get up sells on you, and when you know what your talking about, all of a sudden it gets quiet. For the safety of your own vehicle, and your pockets, stay away from places like monro. Corporate mandates sales, and theyre not honest about anything. Must be why theyre so understaffed. The moment I came back and complained, the guy immediately started his car and was ready to leave 🤣 just like yous did yesterday. A real shop will stick around for its customers not dissappear and rush people out the door so they can leave early all the time. Don't bring your car here

  I choose this place cause my 18 toyota camry should have no problems. Especially when your fiance is a mechanic. Until today when I had my appointment, i was called early in the day to see if I could come in earlier when they close at 7 and my appointment is at 5:00pm. I rush to get there thinking it wouldnt take long and it didnt because i was told I need rear brake pads and a new tire in order to pass. So i said well let me see myself. I go a touch the tire myself. Still a lot of tread left. They show me the brakes measurement and how the got the tread measurement. I realize they never even took my wheel off to look at the tire or brakes, because my wheel lock was with me still. So I told them to pull my car out and I would be back tomorrow with my fiance. So i grab my fiance and we go to his shop to check both. We realize I was lied to. We try to go back to the shop 20 minutes later so 6pm now. The shop is closed. either I was lied to so they could leave early or because I was a woman. WOMEN BEWARE.
