  Going through the car wash w/ my vintage ‘97 Tracker, one of my luggage rack end covers came off and asked an employee that if they found it at the end of the day to call me…she actually went into the car wash and she was able to retrieve it. I was elated…I tried to tip her and she refused…how refreshing to witness…THANK YOU!

  don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless—efficient, thorough, and genuinely enjoyable (which is not something I ever thought I’d say about a car wash). The facility itself is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the wash was next-level. But what truly sets this place apart is the customer service—specifically Nick, the General Manager. His personality is nothing short of phenomenal. He is professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure every single customer feels taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it reflects in the entire operation. If you’re looking for a car wash that delivers top-tier results with unmatched customer care, this is the place. I will 100% be coming back—and honestly, I might start inventing reasons to wash my car more often. 10/10. Five stars isn’t enough.

  I am absolutely mystified by the complete lack of accountability and automotive knowledge displayed at the Mister Car Wash in Reading. I joined here several months ago for the first time, and after running my truck through their wash, I pulled out only to discover major, aggressive scratching down both sides of my vehicle. It quite literally looks as though someone took a sheet of heavy-grit sandpaper to the clear coat. When I brought this catastrophic damage to their attention, their "expert" diagnosis was that I "must have driven through a lot of salt." As someone who has owned trucks for 30 years, consistently used other car washes without a single incident, and spent years painting helicopters in the Navy, I can assure you that I know a thing or two about paint integrity and vehicle maintenance. Management's creative excuse made it abundantly clear they know absolutely zero about vehicles. I already knew this would be the outcome - even after they "Checked" the video - of course, I was not allowed access to this video. I was also told that this was only behind the wheel, further indicating salt or something else. This must be some amazing salt, because it was actually able to not only scratch the side of my vehicle, but somehow traverse around the back of the vehicle and scratch that as well. I attached 2 pictures one from behind the rear wheel, and one in front. This is the same on the other side of the truck. By the way, this is a 2023. Mistakes and equipment malfunctions happen, but deflecting blame with nonsensical excuses is unacceptable. If you value your vehicle's paint job in the slightest, I highly recommend driving right past this establishment. Save your money, and more importantly, save your clear coat. Even my dealer recommends not using this facility - I think that speaks volumes. To the people reading this review: My advice is cancel your subscription immediately. I used another car wash on 5th street highway & Pottstown for 15 years - I regret switching. Apparently my route to Mister vs these other locations just has more salt on the road.... To the management team: please save your breath. Do not reach out, and do not attempt to offer any complimentary services or subscriptions to make this right, as I would turn them down without hesitation. While I could easily pursue formal action for this destruction of property, I find it far more effective to let your work speak for itself. I will simply be sharing this experience—and displaying the undeniable physical proof on my truck—with my extensive professional and personal network across the area. In addition to sharing my story, I can simply show them my vehicle, and the undeniable truth speaks for itself. I can assure you there is zero chance any of them will be risking their vehicles at your facility. Ultimately, seeing your subpar Google ratings and near 2-star Yelp average, the only regret is that I didn't read them sooner. Upon writing this review, I have already had a multiple of people say - I am never going back there again. Just a little customer service, instead of denial, and you might have gained additional customers - instead you will untimely lose what appears to be many customers, and many more to come - that is a fact.

  Broke down way too much for starters…. and the vacuum system is way outdated with a one size vacuum head & no air, for the people who love to detail their cars who spend quite a bit of time using the limited space of said 8 total vacuums 🤔 While this location has the best outside wash, a better version of this carwash’s vacuum system can be found in Lancaster, PA.
