This location is run by young adults and, surprisingly, it operates like a well‑oiled machine. The crew works extremely well together and do a phenomenal job. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Holden, Malik, and Joel. All three have provided incredible customer service and are great assets to the team. I’ve only ever rented from this location and will continue to do so.

- OBOrlando BaigMar 13, 20263.0The person who on the phone claims to be a manager, is rude,, unprofessional, unfamiliar with standard phone etiquette, addressed me in a very impatient and condescending tone. A customer should be able to be heard without being constantly interrupted by someone who seems to know all there is to know about everything to the point that she doesn't see the need for someone to finish speaking and refuses to stop interrupting after the customer has told her and ask her repeatedly to stop cutting them off. I can't recommend anyone not to go to Enterprise Reading PA but if you have an issue of some sort at that office that requires the manager, don't have high hopes. They did complete the return of vehicle, in an expedited way, with no other issue. Leon, or Lionel (sorry buddy, lost your card) got me taken care of, fast and courteous.
