  Never pay to Penske. Once they receive the money, they will refuse to repair any problems you have within a month. I bought a used truck from Penske. After driving it for more than 100 miles, the automatic transmission fault light came on, and soon the engine fault light came on. When you contact them, they will push you to go to Eaton. They knew about these problems before they sold it to you. Remember Taylor McFadden, stay away from him. The air brakes were also leaking, and the left and right heights of the vehicle were inconsistent, posing serious safety issues and making it very easy to roll over.

  I am so upset after I purchased a unit 213633 a couple of weeks ago and had a pick up date for May 3rd 2024. Rented a car and got a room so i can be on time and get back to my home town. They are quick to have you sign paperwork and answer the phone and emails when your paying down payment and all which I had to pay 17,000 down payment and my credit is excellent. I went to pick the 26ft box truck up and didn’t make it 10 mins down the street with the steering feeling rough and check engine light came on and the truck wasn’t riding in the level 1 condition that it was supposed to be in. Also heard the guy state that the fuel filter needed changed which means the vehicle was never inspected as it should have been. After me asking for test to be ran and they did, sensors were gone and I only had this truck almost 10 mins. I don’t want to start off paying money and I should be making money. I called and emailed everyone who I dealt with getting the truck and no answer except from 1 person after I emailed everyone in a corporate email. I was told it’s not an overnight thing which shouldn’t have been a fix in the first place when I looked for a level 1 great condition vehicle. I have a warranty which supposed to put me in another truck if the truck goes down and she didn’t discuss that after I said I have to rent a car to drive back almost 400 miles. At this point, I would like my down payment back or to choose another truck. If god wasn’t looking over me, I probably would have been stuck on the highway in the middle of the night because I was told by them that the check engine lights come on all the time and just think if I would have took the truck on. Spent almost 600$ to drive and pick up the truck and had to rent a car again to come back home. They offered to deliver the truck in 10-15 days and I that is not reasonable considering paying a 17,000 down payment, high insurance and the money we have spent getting there and you don’t want to reimburse anything and make a person wait 10-15 days
