The wheel bearing was not moving and that was the cause of my problem. I love the guys at the store. They are good guys that are really concerned about the all the cars we bring to them. I will say that I am disappointed in the Mr Tire Company overall for the price that you charged for the wheel bearing. I was able to go online and order a second one for my other wheel that will need to be replaced. I’m disappointed Mr Tire increased the price exponentially ($408 compared to $70 with shipping! Online) That’s so unnecessary of a company that is so wealthy to take advantage of your customers. Shame on you Mr. Tire!! You do people a disservice when you charge them so much. A word of advice to anyone who’s reading this review. If you need something replaced in your car see if you can go online to find the part and then have it replaced (Rock Auto).

Tesla service found a loose piece of noise reduction foam that moved around, throwing tire balance off. Replaced tire under warranty and problem is fixed.
- OGOwen GOct 27, 20255.0The service was really good. I went in there and immediately got talked to. I had a popped right driver side tire. I had my donut on and needed. A new tire and a change was done in about 30 minutes was a little pricey, but I didn’t mind because I needed it ASAP and they did It during the weekend most places won’t do that that I’ve been to. I definitely recommend going there.
