  The consultation and physical work was great. The cost was sub par because I originally was sold brakes on the premise that they were life time. 5 years later that was not not honored and they offered me a $40 coupon which was better than nothing. I feel like I was fooled 5 years ago.

  Could not be happier I have a Lexus SUV and got brakes from here in 21 shortly after I bought the car and they have lasted until end of October… I’m very hard on my brakes and drive to work 4 days a week so it’s not all about lower mileage! The staff are super helpful and honest and so I highly recommend getting anything done here!!!

  First of all I called to get a price for a synthetic oil change. The person told me it was going to be under $80. She also told me that I would get my tires rotated for free. When I got there they told me it was going to be $124 and that their answering service had no idea how much their services were. Second, they told me it would take a half an hour and it took well over an hour and a half. I only went there because of the report card they used to give that tells you the thickness of your tires and your brakes. When I paid there was no report card and under my brakes it said okay. Now, I knew I needed front or back brakes because they were grinding. So I asked the guy which breaks do I need? He told me to ask the attendant when he gave the keys back. I asked him and he said he did not know because he was working on two cars he did not remember. Third I had my tires rotated the next day one of my tires were flat! Never ever going there again.

  I think calls are directed to a general call center instead of the actual shop. They got my name and car wrong. They also didnt know that the service I booked my appointment for wasn't one the shop did in the first place, but still scheduled my appointment. Complete waste of my time. Go in person for accurate information to avoid an experience like mine.

  Review based off of my first experience here. Customer service is good. Walked in early and there are no other cars and the inside smelling like cigarettes. Came for 3 services that usually take less than an hour to do but, they did warn me it would be an hour and a half.The 2 "mechanics" spend over an hour sitting down and an eating doritos, on their phones, and loafing around. They spent over an hour just messing around.Service took way longer than an hour and a half. Another customer came in and they look at it right away and abandoned my car to look at that car. Honestly, very disappointed with my experience and will not be back nor give any recommendations to this place. Ive had better experiences in jiffy lube and they are overpriced.
