  I am very happy with Mister. However 2 things you note. 1) back of vehicle never seems to get a good wash. 2) would love to see updated vacs at the reading location. Many times nozzles are disconnected or not always working. And can never get between the seats with the nozzles provided.

  My jet black SUV was extremely soiled all over from the recent winter driving. My experience at this car wash two days ago was exceptional. The exterior surfaces of my car were thoroughly cleansed. All crime and spots were gone! The outcome truly exceeded all of my expectations! Best car was ever!

  My best MISTER CARWASH experience has been at the Ephrata, PA location by interacting with their assistant Manager, Sadia B. In this day and age of crappy service just about everywhere, Sadia was an absolute joy to experience starting with that magic smile This establishment is fortunate to have her on their crew.

  Not professional at all. I have been a customer with monthly subscription and money going to them for 5 years. I barely use it. Due to a job loss, I called in med feb to cancel my subscription beginning in March since we paid for Feb. Well, my wife was shocked and got declined when she went on 02/28 and workers gave her one of those” I can’t help you” moment. I was planning to come back when things improve, I think that seals it and I won’t recommend. Apparently they deactivated my sticker right after my call.😀

  I went here last week because it was a nice enough day to wash the winter salt and crud off of my truck. It was total chaos trying to get into the wash, but then I got my chance to go in and I was rushed in a few feet behind the car in front of me. There was only one attendant working, but on both sides of the conveyer there are water spray guns and no one was using them. I've been here before and they typically spray the worst off before you enter. I was concerned because of how much dirt and salt was on my truck as I was about to enter the spinning wheels of paint ruination, but I thought that something would spray the truck off before they actually hit the paint. No. Barely any water before contact and the wheels just ground all the awful stuff into my paint more. They used so little water that when I came out there was still ice at the back of my hood. Today was a nice sunny day and my heart sank when I saw the micro scratches on my 3 year old truck. I can't imagine how much paint was ruined because of laziness and lack of enough employees. I hope that anyone that actually cares about their car sees this and chooses to go literally anywhere else for a car wash. Absolutely terrible, and now I'll be stuck paying a detailer to fix this abomination. Never again MISTER paint ruiner. P.S. - There's no need for your phony canned response like you care!
