- JSJason Schorr4 days ago3.0This was my first time here. The waiting room is large with comfortable chairs but the tv was not working. The tires I ordered were there on time. I was somewhat in disbelief about the quick checks they did with recommendations because the car just passed inspection at the dealership a few weeks ago. Typical trying to sell something you don’t need. I did check the brakes the next morning and they needed replaced. However I had issues removing a lugnut, a lugnut that did not belong to my car. So a trip back to Mavis. Tyler was very understanding and apologized and took care of it. If a part goes missing it should be brought to the attention of the customer, not replaced with whatever is laying around. In the end, after another 2 hrs at Mavis the original lugnut with new stud is on the car and I’m loving the new tires. Thanks again to Tyler for making the situation good!

Even after that when I left the car starting making a small scraping noise when driving and Breaking. Lastly the store is over priced, paid more for the labor cost then the actual parts. just for them to not be installed good.
