  Great staff with a great sense of humor. I was there when they were busy, but they handled everyone without any problems. This IS where you go to rent a car in this area!

  I always rent from Enterprise, and they never disappoint me. Joel was extremely professional. He had a warm spirit, was, respectful, and did not waste anytime with getting me checked in. CJ welcomed me back and was ready to observe the truck. He too was warm spirited, great mannerisms, professional, and did not waste anytime to get me checked in. Both gentlemen exhibited superb customer service. We need more Joel and CJs around. Chris, thank you for your response. I edited my post but lost your response.

  Im giving two stars instead of zero because the issue is not the employees’ fault. I made a reservation online “at location with cars available,” received CONFIRMATION email and a “check in” link. I was left a voicemail later that afternoon saying they were canceling my reservation because they didn’t have a car. No mention of rebooking- just..sorry. I rebooked the next day- same exact thing AGAIN. No car. Rep was apologetic and said website doesn’t communicate with stores so I could make a hundred reservations and get confirmation but no car. He said he would call if one became available. Unacceptable- only saving grace was I got a call two hours before my reservation time from another location- I had to drive to this location to pick up a car. The employee there was very polite and pleasant. I feel sorry for them having to constantly tell people there are no cars after reservation was CONFIRMED?!

  I had an outstanding experience with this Enterprise location—Joel and CJ were especially fantastic. Even though it was busy when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was helped right away and on the road in under five minutes. They initially had a Dodge SUV ready, but since I’m not a big fan of Dodge (the steering always feels too loose to me), I asked if they had another option. Without hesitation, they offered a Hyundai Kona, which turned out to be a perfect fit—clean, well-maintained, and great to drive. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Drop-off was just as easy—maybe two minutes total. They truly listened to what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. You genuinely leave their place of business with a smile on your face. You can’t leave there and not have a great rest of the day when they are all so friendly. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return. Most rental car experiences are forgettable, but this one exceeded every expectation. I even asked for the staff’s business cards so I could make sure to recognize them properly here. I can’t recommend this location enough—thank you to Joel, CJ, and the whole team! I am low key laughing I am writing a review for a rental car agency, but seriously they were than fantastic. We will be back in the future to this specific location because of the experience we had :) Thank you again!!!

  I appreciate my experience at Morgantown Road Center. They are the best the team members make you feel like you’re at home. I’m considered a VIP the manager Joelle. He is great always welcoming. Every person comes through that door. They always having a smile brighten up your day. Thank you Guys Ms Ethel
