  This is the car rental company that I will always go to. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I like their selection of vehicles that will not let you down. Unlimited mileage beats the completion obviously. and my costco membership gets me another 30% off the rental.

  The vehicle I was registered for cost more than the vehicle discussed during my phone conversation setting up the appointment. Upon arrival at my appointment time I spoke up about the switch that I didn't authorize. They did not have a vehicle available for me that my insurance would cover. They offered the original vehicle...which cost more...until they were able to get me a vehicle that my insurance would cover. I was not willing to do that, why should I be financially penalized for their negligence? Finally a car had just been dropped off...they offered this car to me...my insurance did covered it. I was please that it had all worked out until getting home...my husband drove the rental home...once at home my husband notifies me that the rental car smelled strongly of Marijuana. I get in and it sure did. The smell was so strong it took 3 days of us airing the car out and using air freshener. Absolutely just ridiculous.

  Had Ashley set me up with a car within the last 30minutes of closing and gave me a quick rundown what I needed/what i could choose made me feel informed. Great 1st rental experience

  I had an absolutely horrific experience with Joel at Enterprise, and I will never rent from this location again. There was a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. Joel’s demeanor was rude, dismissive, and at times openly hostile. Any attempt to ask questions or get clarification about charges was met with him attempting to over-talk me instead of assistance. What is most concerning, however, is the way my claim was handled. The practices felt deceptive and intentionally misleading. I was presented with charges and documentation that I do not recall ever reviewing or signing. In fact, I never knowingly signed anything related to what is now being claimed, which raises serious concerns for me about how my information and authorization were handled. Instead of taking accountability or even attempting to resolve the issue respectfully, Joel deflected responsibility and offered no meaningful support. The entire situation was unnecessarily stressful and felt completely unprofessional. I strongly caution others to review everything carefully and think twice before renting here. Never again! Update: The Enterprise Claims Team was fantastic, closed the claim and dismissed this nonsense immediately. I am never EVER renting from this location; however, I am very pleased with the outcome when speaking with their corporate office.
