He answered all of our questions quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and we were in and out with no issues. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location.

This manager is rude, he hang the phone on me without giving a fare solution with the size of the vehicle we rent. It will be my last time renting at Enterprise. This issue was reported to Cotsco - keep your eyes open Costco members, they like to book you at a costco rate, canceled you at the last moment and re-book you ok their rate, and all of the suden the vehicle appear just by magic….
