  My entire experience with Enterprise was excellent. Brandon was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He answered all of our questions quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and we were in and out with no issues. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location.

  Worst management every, waited less than 24 hours before my trip to call me and advice they won't have the vehicle we rent. This manager is rude, he hang the phone on me without giving a fare solution with the size of the vehicle we rent. It will be my last time renting at Enterprise. This issue was reported to Cotsco - keep your eyes open Costco members, they like to book you at a costco rate, canceled you at the last moment and re-book you ok their rate, and all of the suden the vehicle appear just by magic….
