I was told due to the cold weather and because it was purchased via website in another state, they would not install the battery. It was bought and paid for from an Advanced Auto Zone in another state. (A gift). I just had to pick up and have installed in Reading location. They refused to install. The store where purchased called the manager here. He still refused. Went to Auto Zone they installed even though the battery was not purchased at their location. Customer service issues for sure.
