My bf and I were struggling trying to figure out which part went where since there were extra pieces and he got it all done probably not even in 2 minutes. The cashier was great too, definitely seemed to be underappreciated. He got the manager to us as soon as he was done helping another customer. I greatly appreciated these men :)
- AHAyrton HerreraOct 8, 20251.0This store took the cake with the worse customer service 10/8/25 I came looking for a parking cable for a 97 f150, first she said she didn't had parking cables so I had to show her how to use their computer so she can find the parts them I proceed to ask for the length of the cable because there's different size for different applications now all parts show this details and she give me a attitude because I wanna make sure I get the right part, the computer literally tells you the size of the cable and housing and she was just to lazy to scroll down and give me the information that I need, them she said they dont have any cables at all and just told me to go to a different store. This is the reason why autozon its my last choice the costumer service just keep getting worse, if you gonna hire this type of people that absolutely have no business dealing with customer just go full online or self service. To anyone just go to advance they always provide excellent service. She was a female, blonde hair, light skin by the way
