  They won't help you if you dont speak spanish, stood in line to ring up oil and they were pretending to help someone else other one just stood there looking at the screen. 20 min of that crap went to put back oil and someone else walked in would you guess how fast they helped him out I thought I was watching telemundo how fast they were talking. Advance auto across the street is Def the way to go.

  There return policy is incorrect from a guy who used to be a autozone manager a lifetime warranty means it’s a lifetime warranty u can swap the part anytime its bad

  I’m dumbfounded. Dad bought battery from Florida location for daughter in Reading. I was told due to the cold weather and because it was purchased via website in another state, they would not install the battery. It was bought and paid for from an Advanced Auto Zone in another state. (A gift). I just had to pick up and have installed in Reading location. They refused to install. The store where purchased called the manager here. He still refused. Went to Auto Zone they installed even though the battery was not purchased at their location. Customer service issues for sure.
