Regardless of the staff, I always feel like each employee is doing their best to get your car serviced and back on the road. Today was especially challenging - staffing issues and a vehicle that was requiring far more work than expected - which greatly slowed service (not typical). Sara was very kind and upfront about the wait time and spoke to each customer that joined the line during my time there. Once in the bay, Carl and crew got the oil changed in no time. I had initially come in to get tires rotated too, but offered to come back as there were 3 cars behind me that had been waiting for some time. When I got my bill Carl offered me a free rotation at another time for being so patient. Wasn't expecting that but truly appreciated it! This location definitely understands customer care.
