    Very very disappointed in this company. We reserved a car 11 days in advance and then three days before picking up they told us they are not going to honor our reservation.... The day after Christmas! Needless to say, we are now up a creek. Can't find anything. Cannot believe a company can treat a customer this way.

    They are worse rental ever. They were aware that I m fully deaf but they continue talk to me without write down. They just keep talk and talk. Which I don't understand what are they saying. That definitely discrimination. I am going to report to to BBB and file for discrimination

    Needed a car for the day when mine wasn't working. For less than a round trip via Uber I was able to rent a car for the day. I was picked up from my home in the car I'd be renting. Was able to rent without issue and brought the car back the following day. If you have the money for the refundable deposit it might make a lot of sense. We have rented from this Enterprise once before and had a positive experience then as well.

    Avoid this place at all cost. They gave me a defective car and then blamed me for the issue. They also stole my EZ pass Transponder and will not return it.
