He informed me how the body shop lost power and they had a drop off box over the phone before I dropped my car off. We went over everything at the body shop and I was on my way !! They always give me too nice of cars to drive !! The car was reliable while I was using it. They are the only rental car business that I would use. Thank you so much for all your help !!

Had Texas plate and driver had Enterprise rental car jacket on .i asked him if he worked there..he cursed me and continued up road when i was behind him in other lane he moved over and slammed on his brakes trying to get me to hit him from behind .then he took off real fast. I drove a few hundred feet to the Quakertown location and asked manager if she had a employee who was driving a sm. Black car with texas plates and physical discription ..she said No ..it was a bold face lie.. he drove into the parking lot 10 min. After i arrived..They condone this Crazy behavior and i believe he was trying to purposely cause a accident...I will never support Enterprise..they lost a Customer of over 40 years .

- AHAndrea HarrisOct 19, 20251.0Poor customer service by Zach. Was not helpful in any way. Car broke down 3 miles from enterprise location. Was not willing to swap my car out. Had to call roadside service and get an Uber. Then tried to tell me they had no cars, which was a lie. They had cars they just didn't want to give me and then ended up giving me a car and told me gas is full and for the inconvenience you can bring it back empty. Got in the car and it was a quarter tank. Not doing me a favor because now I had to go fill up the car. I had 3 bags with me. The tow driver and Uber driver were both gentleman and helped me with my bags. The enterprise guys could have cared less as I struggled to get myself and my things into the high pick up truck. And during this while time there were zero other customers. Zach was unprofessional and not helpful. Looked and acted like a young punk. He should not be in a customer service based role.
