  The best customer service I've ever experienced.. these associates go above and beyond. They changed our my battery and also fixed my broken coolant hose. They're fantastic people!!

  I highly recommend Auto Zone! I needed a battery. I went to 2 places that were trying to overcharge me and not install the battery. One place wasn't going to install it but they ended up not having a battery. My last hope was Auto Zone. They had a battery for my car. I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO AIDEN! He sold me a battery at a very reasonable price. He also installed it in the dark with a minus 0 degree temperature. I can't thank him enough! Aiden, if you see this, THANK YOU!

  Never in my life have I dealt with such level of incompetence! How do you make someone a manager with no level of training fit to help a customer? (Aaron the “part time”manager) I called to purchase a battery for my car and wanted to prepaid so a friend could pick it up on my behalf. Aaron picked up the phone and told me he doesn’t know how to do payment over the phone. So I called again and spoke to another employee and he said no problem he can help me. He made an error and charge me the wrong price due to the core charge not being subtracted (they already had the core from earlier today when I brought the old battery to be tested) after arguing an error was made, Aaron came on the line claiming oh no error was made he saw him remove the core charge!! Only for him to come back on the phone to say oh it wasn’t off and he refunded me the money all while saying “this is why I said wasn’t doing it over the phone” after 39mins on the phone for a simple purchase both employee set up nothing but road blocks or just pure ignorance on how to Properly charge for one batter and collect payment. Till they just flat out told me They can’t do it. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to watch the camera and listen to this interaction. Lack of training and lack of common sense on how to help a customer

  THANK YOU JAMES!!!! the absolute sweetest auto zone worker. he helped me and my friend get a new windshield wiper blade for my car and install it! it was a challenge and took over 30 minutes but he helped us find the right one and install it for us and everything. i am truly thankful he helped me because i would’ve been clueless if he didn’t. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE!!!!
