- EEerDec 31, 20255.0THANK YOU JAMES!!!! the absolute sweetest auto zone worker. he helped me and my friend get a new windshield wiper blade for my car and install it! it was a challenge and took over 30 minutes but he helped us find the right one and install it for us and everything. i am truly thankful he helped me because i would’ve been clueless if he didn’t. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE!!!!

On multiple occasions they state the part will be there by a certain time and then they cant even get it for a few days but they sure did charge me for it. Then you have to go back to get a credit to go find it somewhere else when you could have done that in the first place. Then I am always expected to go back to change out a part because of them giving me the wrong part as well. I learned my lesson... will be shopping at NAPA from now on.
