- NRNildalys Ramos6 days ago5.0A little late but I had to find my receipt to find the correct location. I must say that this was a very pleasant visit to an auto parts store. I usually go to Autozone since it’s right down the street from me. I was passing through Quakertown PA on Sunday night during the beginning of the storm when my wiper blade flew off. I was immediately greeted by a woman. At first It felt intense with asking for all sorts of info like signing up for rewards and all that but I must say the benefits explained to me left me speechless and wondering why I was never offered this before at autozone. It’s unfortunate that I do not remember her name but If I remember correctly I do know remember she said she is the store manager. Having someone like this managing a building makes it so much easier for the customer especially in unfamiliar territory. I felt super welcomed and enjoyed the conversation with an actual person and not a robot just trying to sell me things. Super informative on your protection plan. Unfortunately I live far away and Wish I can say I will becoming back to this location, but I will be sure to now shop at advance and get my points! Thank you again!
- JGJessica Geist6 days ago5.0I stopped for a oil filter for my daily driver car and to see if someone could help me out to figure what was on my windshield from the dealership. I tried to clean it off even with glass cleaner but there was still some residue or sticky stuff on the windshield still. The second I walked in to this store I felt welcomed, even being a woman in a car parts store. Marc helped me and got me my filter fast and he went outside with me to look and understand what I was talking about with my windshield. Didn’t think it was the wipers because I just bought the car brand new off the lot. I can see 110% better and no sticky stuff on it. The dealership I guess used poopy wipers and poopy windshield washer fluid. Definitely need anything I will be back to this store. Great service and very polite customer service. Marc definitely was quick about installing wipers and the fluid! 5 stars!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
