This place is #1 professional from A to Z. Make this your 1st call! You will be highly impressed with their knowledge and service! I was worried about damage with installation to my car.. I received more help from Dan on who to contact on the process of setting up my initial account with the vendor Intoxalock. (The website the state refers you to find a vendor, doesnt even show other than a list of garages or installation) Thanks to the knowledge and curiosity of helping me from the number to call to set up and schedule my installation along with step by step instructions on what to know asap and how to make sure your comfortable when you leave that you were able to have a kind man treat you with respect and patience with the many questions and concerns you might have before you ever leave on your way to getting threw this process of getting back on the road. (Trust me as a woman and I'm a need and want to know everything with many questions concerns and fear of making a mistake) I was treated with the upmost respect and patience that was given to me step by step! Dan is so knowledgeable and even though I only need to take my car back for state mandated calabration of the equipment....I've called on many occasions with questions that he knew the answers for me...if not he will go above and beyond to help you. Thank you very Much to the owner and all the staff for helping me get back on the road with the many things you wont ever find on any website your directed to. Just call and Ask For Dan to help with the process.. which he has helped when nobody else would... when he wasnt obligated to go above and Beyond!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Intoxalock Ignition Interlock

How does an interlock device work?

An ignition interlock device (IID) is a small breathalyzer installed in your vehicle to prevent it from starting if alcohol is detected on your breath. Before driving, you'll blow into the device. If your breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is below the programmed limit, the car starts. Periodic retests occur during your trip to ensure continued compliance. What is the cost of an ignition interlock device?
