  Rep who handled my picking up and dropping off the vehicle basically accused me of scratching the vehicle when it was returned. The same rep who gave me the vehicle, who was supposed to mark any imperfections before giving me the vehicle and who I pointed out many scratches before I pulled out the lot. Rep calls me 3 hours after returning the vehicle saying that the "scratches were able to be buffed out" so he was going to return my deposit and in the same breath asked me to give him a good review on this survey. Yeah, I got his game. I won't be returning to Prospect Park for any of my rental needs. There were no new scratches. He knows it and so do I. I believe he does this in order to gain good marks on his survey because he wasn't very friendly and kind of condescending when I picked up the vehicle.

  The staff at this Enterprise are exemplary. I have rented from here 5x's over the past 2 years and they are friendly, the cars are clean, and they have accommodated me when my phone would not sync to AirPlay. If you are requesting a ride, allow yourself additional time. The gas tank is not always full when picked up, so you will need basic math to bring it back at the same level and not over fill.

  Cannot recommend. I was seriously disappointed in the service and lack of follow through and will not be back. I tried to rent from them twice recently associated with an insurance accident claim on my SUV. The first time before insurance approved my rental, I needed to get to work and they had no cars available, so they suggested that I just wait around for a few hours in case something came available. I got an Uber to the airport to rent from there. The second time I asked them to deliver to my nearby apartment since I was recently in an accident and waiting for the tow truck to be arranged. They said they don't do that, so I had to walk to th. When I got there, they only had one car available--a Virginia-based sedan that had dried leaves sticking out of the hood, NO tire traction, water in the windshield wipers, (and by the way the battery started failing, so I had to drive it to a nearby Western PA Enterprise to get it jumped). They said they would call if other cars became available, but they never did. I had to drive it in a major in bad weather and kept spinning out and getting stranded in even 2 inches of snow. Worst rental car experience ever.

  Had a nice small Toyota to get around in while my car was in the shop .Great people if I ever need a rental again I will be back .
